The list of such non-appealable decisions is strictly defined by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Court also noted that no petition for early release from Ertaev has been officially filed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Criminal Executive System Committee confirmed that Ertaev is serving his sentence in accordance with a court decision. Information about his place of detention is provided to close relatives, while personal case details remain confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Background of the case<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020, Ertaev was sentenced to 11 years in prison for embezzling 144 billion tenge from Bank RBK. His sentence was later reduced to nine years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was subsequently convicted in another case involving loan fraud affecting Qazaq Banki and Eurasian Bank. Courts ordered the repayment of billions of tenge to the financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In September 2025, Ertaev was released under an amnesty marking the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan\u2019s Constitution.
